PT-050
This case works great. I purchased for an upcoming trip to Thailand where I will do some diving. This cased tested flawlessly in the river. I would definitely recommend this casing as it is built tough and with proper care will not leak. The pictures taken with the camera in the casing turned out pretty good. The underwater photos were very crisp and clear, although, not as good as taking dry pictures.

Very Pleased
We purchased this for an upcoming trip to Indonesia in the Lembeh Strait. We got in 24 dives and the camera and housing worked great. (Our deepest dive was 106 ft.) We did not put on an external flash (although we can at a later date.) We have never had such nice pictures. I am impressed with features, how easy it is to hold in the water and convenience of the buttons.

PT-050 Great for any water activities
I love my XZ-1 for traveling and now with the PT-050 Water Housing it can come along on my beach vacations too. The case is great - sturdy and easy to use. I suggest you read the manual (don't worry only a few pages but valuable information) and do a few test runs on dry land to get accustomed to how the controls work. Your first attempt my be a little disorienting but you will quickly get accustomed to shooting with it. So maybe do a short dive/snorkel to get comfortable before the main event.I ended up leaving the camera in the case most of the trip, so that I could take candid shots on the beach and in the water. It was great not worrying about getting the camera wet. The only downside at the beach is that it's really difficult to see the screen with the bright sunshine. I ended up taking a lot of blind shots. Luckily that isn't much of an issue when the camera is under water when snorkeling/diving. Screen is pretty clear under water especially when snorkeling...
